Why

Our goal is climate justice. We work for climate justice because the climate crisis is not just an environmental issue — it is a profound injustice that deepens existing inequalities and threatens the lives and livelihoods of billions. The impacts of climate change are distributed unequally, with those who have contributed the least to the problem suffering the most. Droughts, floods, heatwaves, and rising sea levels are already displacing communities, destroying livelihoods, and undermining food and water security — especially in places where poverty, colonial legacies, and systemic discrimination already limit access to power and resources. We believe that every person has the right to live a decent, dignified life in a safe and healthy environment — a right increasingly threatened by climate change. We work in solidarity with those most affected by the climate crisis — including underrepresented communities, grassroots movements, young people, women, Indigenous Peoples, and those living in poverty or in climate-vulnerable regions. These are the people and groups at the forefront of climate action, often with the least resources and recognition. Our efforts focus on supporting and amplifying their voices, strengthening their capacities, and ensuring they have the power and space to drive the change they envision. At the same time, we engage decision-makers, institutions, and systems that must be transformed to enable a just and sustainable future for all.
